About Our UK Online Shop Terms
These UK online shop terms apply when you use the LLJ Creations website or place an order with us.. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
LLJ Creations is a UK-based small business offering handmade bath, body and cosmetic products alongside personalised gifts, home fragrance and carefully selected products.

Ordering From LLJ Creations
When you place an order with LLJ Creations, you are offering to purchase the products in your order at the prices shown.
Please check all product choices, personalisation details and delivery information carefully before completing your order. You are responsible for ensuring that any names, wording, dates or other personalisation details you provide are correct.
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation. If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you as soon as possible and arrange an appropriate refund where payment has already been taken.
Product colours and appearance may vary slightly from photographs due to lighting, screen settings and, where applicable, the handmade nature of our products.
Prices & Payment
All prices shown on the LLJ Creations website are in pounds sterling (£).
The price you pay for a product will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed. Delivery charges are calculated separately and will be shown during checkout before you complete your order.
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout. Your order will not be processed until the required payment has been successfully completed.
We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions and prices are correct. If we discover an obvious pricing or product information error after you place an order, we will contact you before processing the affected item.
Personalised & Made-to-Order Products
Some LLJ Creations products are personalised, customised or made especially for you. Please check all names, wording, colours, designs and other personalisation details carefully before submitting your order.
Products made to your individual specifications or clearly personalised for you cannot normally be cancelled or returned simply because you have changed your mind.
Standard products prepared or made after an order is placed, but which are not personalised or made to your individual specifications, remain subject to the applicable cancellation rights outlined in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, or if we have made an error with your order.

Bath, Body & Cosmetic Products
Our bath, body and cosmetic products should only be used as directed and in accordance with the information, instructions and warnings provided with the product.
Please check the product information and ingredient details before use, particularly if you have known allergies or sensitivities. Where advised, a patch test should be carried out before first use.
For hygiene and safety reasons, bath, body and cosmetic products supplied with a hygiene seal cannot normally be returned under the change-of-mind cancellation policy once that seal has been broken after delivery.
Unused products with intact hygiene seals, where applicable, remain subject to your statutory cancellation rights.
This does not affect your statutory rights if a product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

Delivery
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only. Delivery charges are calculated according to the value of your order and will be shown at checkout before payment.
We aim to prepare and dispatch most orders within 3–5 working days. Personalised and made-to-order items may take longer where stated on the individual product page.
Once dispatched, UK orders will usually arrive within 2–5 working days.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by busy periods, bank holidays or circumstances outside our control.
Please ensure that the delivery address provided at checkout is complete and correct.

Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
Your cancellation and return rights depend on the type of product you have purchased. Eligible non-personalised items may be cancelled and returned in accordance with your statutory rights and our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Products made to your individual specifications or clearly personalised for you cannot normally be cancelled or returned simply because you have changed your mind.

Product Information & Safety
We take care to provide accurate product descriptions, ingredients, allergen information, directions for use and safety information where applicable.
Please read all information supplied on the product page, packaging and label before using a product, and follow any directions, warnings and storage instructions provided.
Products should only be used for their intended purpose. Keep products out of reach of children where instructed and discontinue use if irritation or an adverse reaction occurs.
We recommend checking the ingredient and allergen information provided before purchasing and using a product, particularly if you have known allergies or sensitivities.

Intellectual Property
The content of the LLJ Creations website, including our branding, photographs, graphics, product descriptions and other original content, belongs to LLJ Creations or is used with appropriate permission.

Where customers provide photographs, images, names, wording or other material for personalisation, you confirm that you have the right to provide and use that material for the requested product.
Liability
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under UK consumer law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
LLJ Creations will not be responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when your order was placed, or for losses resulting from the misuse of a product or failure to follow the instructions, warnings or safety information provided, except where we are legally responsible.
If you are purchasing products as a consumer, we will not be responsible for business losses, including loss of profits, revenue or business opportunities.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our products, services, website or legal requirements.
Any updated Terms & Conditions will be published on this page. The terms that apply to your order will normally be those in effect at the time you placed your order.
