We carefully prepare and pack every LLJ Creations order before sending it on its way to you. Below you'll find our UK delivery information, including everything you need to know about processing times, delivery charges and receiving your order.
Processing & Dispatch
Most orders are prepared and dispatched within 3–5 working days.
Personalised and made-to-order items may take a little longer, as these are prepared especially for you. Any different processing time will be shown on the individual product page.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation by email.
UK Delivery Charges & Information
UK Delivery
Orders £0.00–£9.99 — £3.50
Orders £10.00–£24.99 — £4.50
Orders £25.00 and over — £5.95
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only. International delivery is not available at this time.
Delivery Times
Once dispatched, UK orders will usually arrive within 2–5 working days.
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally take longer during busy periods, bank holidays or due to delays with the delivery service.
Please allow the stated processing time in addition to the delivery time above.
Tracking & Delivery
Where tracking is available, your dispatch email will include the relevant tracking information.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. LLJ Creations cannot be responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address details supplied at checkout.

Damaged or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@lljcreations.com, including your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging so we can look into this for you.
If you believe your parcel has been lost in transit, please contact us once the expected delivery timeframe has passed. We will check the delivery information and advise you of the next steps.
